CANDIDATE DIFFERENTIAL

This is what I will call the CANDIDATE DIFFERENTIAL job.

1. In the Job Order –>   Find the ICON with the Magnifying glass with a RIGHT ARROW.    (there won’t be this ICON for a firstly created Job that hasn’t had a SAVED SHORTLIST CANDIDATE QUERY SAVED).

2. This implies a SAVED SHORTLIST CANDIDATE QUERY and will have a TIMESTAMP.

3. Use the  as a marker reference.

4.  On the  Drop Down, choose Recently Added

5.  The list will show candidates that have been added to the system since the previous marker.  If there are NO ENTRIES then we UPDATE the MARKER with the CURRENT TIMESTAMP By going back to Step 3 above and pressing the SAVE SEARCH button.  This updates the marker and now we’re done.   If, however, there ARE ENTRIES LISTED then we need to NOTIFY THE RECRUITER so that the recruiter can process the list accordingly.

What we are trying to do here is save the recruiter TIME by the fact of having to look at EVERY Active Job and see if there are any to process and then update the marker.  For example, if we have 30 ACTIVE Jobs and 20 of them don’t have any RECENTLY ADDED candidates then we don’t need to manually discover those, we can move onto the ones that HAVE recently added candidates to process.   Does that make sense?

In other words, if no recently added then we update the marker and move on to the next one.  (this will save us time!)

If there ARE Recently Added then we need to tag it or message it or put it in a list (hmm … that one sounds good / put it in a list)

Once the recruiter reviews and clicks SEND, the hiring manager receives the email with Final Resumes attached. YES!
Submitted Candidate List:
Once the mail is sent to the Hiring Manager(s), the candidate will be added to the Submitted Candidate List. yes!

Draft Screen:
Recruiter (Reviewer) can edit the subject line and mail content before sending. yes, however if we can have a TEXT BOX we can use as a Default Text to place into email body. Also for Subject Line – need to place the JID, Position Text, CID CID(s). Ex: JID: 1505 Position Text CID: 1278 943 897
Attachments (Final Resumes) will not be editable by the recruiter. yes however would like to be able to click the ICON and open the file for review. Remove any attachments as well. Assign HIGHEST PRIORITY and READ RECEIPT requested. JID, Position Text. Ex:
Candidate Communication:
A “Good Luck” message will be generated and sent to all candidates once they are officially submitted. Subject Line JID: JID: 1505 Position Text a DEFAULT TEXT to be placed into the body but can edit. HIGH PRIORITY – READ RECEIPT REQUESTED.
Clarifications Needed
Once the draft is created, should we generate a “To be Submitted list” under the Candidates tab, where the recruiter can view all draft mails per Job Order (with content + attachments)? I think that sounds good! Once SUBMITTED then how do we update the list (remove from the To Be Submitted list and to a Submitted list?
Should the draft static body content for Managers email also need option to manage? Not sure what this is? but I think so, yes. I think it shoould be ONE list for To Be and ONE for Submitted or perhaps changing the status of the entry could be done.
Email attachments must remain locked. Any changes in candidates resume need to re-upload and attach in the email manually. yes.
